If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We inspect all inventory prior to shipping out to avoid any of these issues.

Incorrect Orders

In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will make it right by sending the correct item or issuing store credit.
